We know inviting someone into your home is a big decision. Here's what our members ask most.

Every Plate Rescue attendant undergoes a comprehensive multi-state background check, identity verification, and in-person interview before their first visit. We also carry full general liability insurance and bonding, so you're protected from day one.
On our White Glove plan, you are assigned a dedicated attendant who learns your home, your preferences, and your schedule. On Essential and Premier, we do our best to send consistent attendants, though scheduling may occasionally vary.
We stand behind every visit with our full satisfaction guarantee. If anything isn't right, contact us within 24 hours and we'll send an attendant back at no charge — or issue a credit. No arguments, no fine print.
Absolutely. You can pause your membership for up to 60 days or cancel at any time with no penalty. We believe you should stay because you love the service — not because you're locked in.
We're launching in Georgetown, Dupont Circle, Capitol Hill, Logan Circle, and Chevy Chase. Enter your neighborhood on the waitlist form and we'll confirm coverage. We're expanding rapidly — if you're just outside our zone, get on the list and you'll be first when we arrive.
